Odoo ERP that fits the way your business works.
Agzent helps companies in Indonesia move sales, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, and finance onto a single Odoo system, from process analysis until your team runs it confidently on its own.
From the first plan to go-live, and beyond
Pick what you need, whether that's a full implementation from scratch or help with the one part that's stuck.
Odoo implementation
Process analysis, module configuration, master data, access rights, and a phased go-live.
- Business process review
- Chart of accounts & tax setup

Features that standard Odoo lacks are built as separate modules, so version upgrades stay safe.

Move from Excel, other accounting software, or an older Odoo version without losing the history that matters.
- Master data cleanup
- Opening & outstanding balances

System integration
Connect Odoo to the applications you already use through APIs.
- Marketplaces & online stores
- Payment gateways & bank statements

User training
Department-by-department sessions using your own data, not demo data.
- Key user & end user training
- SOPs & illustrated guides
- Recorded sessions
Support & maintenance
Post-go-live care: fixes, small adjustments, backups, and server monitoring.
- Ticketing & chat channel
- Backups & security updates
- Regular performance reviews
Odoo modules we work with
Start with a few core modules and add more when your business is ready. Every module shares one database.
VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPh), tax invoice formats for e-Faktur/Coretax, Rupiah and multi-currency, financial reports that local auditors expect, and a user interface in Indonesian.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Community is open source with no license fee. Enterprise is licensed per user and adds features such as full accounting, mobile apps, Studio, and Odoo.sh hosting. We help you choose based on the modules you actually need.
How long does an implementation take?
A simple implementation with a few core modules usually takes 1–2 months. Projects with heavy customization or many integrations can take 3–6 months. We set the exact timeline after the discovery phase.
Our data lives in Excel or other software. Can it be migrated?
Yes. Master data (customers, vendors, products) and opening balances are almost always migrated. For transaction history, we agree together on how far back you need to go.
Where is Odoo hosted?
There are three options: Odoo Online (Odoo's SaaS), Odoo.sh, or your own server, either a VPS or on-premise. We walk you through the trade-offs in cost, control, and ease of upgrading.
What if something goes wrong after go-live?
Every package includes a support period after go-live. After that, a monthly support contract covers fixes, small adjustments, and server maintenance.
